Do you need images for your social media? Maybe your dating profile needs updating. Getting booked for a branding session is as easy as 1-2-3!

Step 1: Scheduling Your Session

So how does this work? You will receive an email with a link to your session proposal. In order to reserve your spot on my calendar, you will need to sign your proposal and pay a Retainer of $350. The Retainer is payable upon booking to reserve your chosen session date. This is a non-refundable fee that reserves your chosen date. The session is not booked until the Retainer is paid in full. The Retainer covers the Photographer’s time traveling to the shoot, any pre-shoot preparation guide, and planning and photographing the session as well as editing the final images. The Retainer does not include any digital images, prints, or products. Digital images and products are purchased separately. The Retainer is applied to your Collection.

If we haven’t already chosen a date, simply email or call me with several dates that work for you, and I will do my best to accommodate. I always try to be flexible but do often book up several weeks in advance. Here are a few things to consider.

  • Unless a location has plenty of shade, outdoor sessions are best if scheduled 1-1.5 hours after sunrise or before sunset.
  • Indoor locations are best done mid-morning or mid-afternoon, depending on the light in the location.
  • Fall and spring are the busiest time of year for outdoor photos, so booking in advance will ensure your preferred date.

After you’re booked I will send you a questionnaire to get to know you  better. After I’ve had a chance to review your questionnaire, we will come up with a plan for your session. Sessions are only limited by your imagination! I want to make sure I document your event as authentically as possible. I will also be sending you a link to a comprehensive client guide with location and styling advice.

Step 2: Your Session

A few days before our session is scheduled, I’ll reach out to confirm our time, location, and meeting point.

Branding sessions include up to 3 hours of photography. Wardrobe changes are encouraged.

When we meet I always like to spend a few minutes making sure everyone is comfortable.

I want your event session to be fun and stress-free. Don’t worry about how everything looks, just relax and let me handle everything.

Step 3: The Fun Part

Within 2 weeks of your session, you will receive an email letting you know that I have chosen the very best images from your session and artistically edited them. 

I will send you a link to your slideshow gallery. Your gallery will expire after 48 hours to allow you plenty of time to view your slideshow and images. I highly recommend hooking your laptop up to your TV or large computer monitor and gathering the whole family to view your images. During the time your slideshow gallery link is active, you will also choose your collection. 

Once you’ve chosen your collection and completed your check-out, your full gallery will open. Your gallery will remain open for 30 days during which time you can choose the downloads that come with your collection, and use your print credit on items in your store.

What you do with your images is one of the most important aspects to consider when you’re planning a session. All that time and money invested deserve a better return than photos gathering dust on a hard drive. You will never get the same feeling looking at your photos on a screen as you will seeing them on your wall or o the pages of an album. That’s why I include a substantial print credit with the Saga Collection. Here are a few of the items you can choose with your print credit.

Professional Lab Prints

Your favorite images printed on professional matte photo paper with a slightly textured surface, showcasing vibrant and true colors.

Prints are available in a variety of sizes and are perfect for framing or hanging on the wall. They make perfect gifts!

Coffee Table Books

Showcase your images from your special day in a professionally press printed hardcover Coffee Table Book.

These lovely hinged books are created using seven-dye ink that showcases shadows as well as bright colors.

Printed on Canon luster paper available with a variety of linen cover options with foil lettering.

Minimum of 20 pages (10 spreads) and maximum of 100 pages (50 spreads).

Metal Prints

Beautifully made, these metal prints represent a new medium for preserving photos.

The ultra-hard scratch-resistant surface is waterproof/weatherproof, with dyes infused into the surface, creating almost magical luminescence.

Heirloom Albums

One of my strongest memories is sitting with my grandmother looking through old family albums.

Beautifully printed on Fuji Deep Matte paper, these albums are carefully constructed by a team of skilled artisans to create a tremendous visual impact with rich colors and pure whites.

Comes in a variety of linen or leather covers, with gentle blind debossing, and packaged in a luxurious linen presentation box.
