What is Lifestyle Photography?

For me, Lifestyle photography is about capturing real people, real relationships, real personality, real emotion and real moments.

It’s about capturing moments that happen in your everyday life: laughter, cuddles, kisses, etc.

What is your turn around time?

When I take photographs of my children and family, I know how excited I am to see the images. I want you to see your images as soon as possible and will usually have your gallery ready in less than a week.

Do you charge extra for large families?

I don’t charge extra for large, immediate families, however I do charge $150 for large, extended families.

Do you have outdoor locations that you recommend?

Absolutely. I have some favorite Bay Area locations and am always on the lookout for new ones. After your session is booked, we will discuss locations to best fit the session that you are envisioning.

Do you have suggestions about what to wear for our session?

Absolutely. I’ll even come over and help you choose your outfits! I also send out a style guide with helpful tips.

“Life is the flower for which love is the honey.”
Do you charge a travel fee?

My sessions take me to the East Bay, South Bay, North Bay and Peninsula. There is no travel fee for clients that live within 50 miles of Oakland. There is a $100 fee for locations more than 50 miles away.

Do you offer prints or albums?

Yes! I have always loved to look at photo albums and my home is filled with images of my family. My hope is that every client will turn their images in to works of art that will be treasured for years to come. You will have the option to purchase prints, wall art, and albums through your gallery. All products are processed through a professional lab only available to professional photographers to ensure the best quality.

Can we select the images that we want?

I capture many images during your session. Each image is carefully reviewed to ensure that you receive the very best images that tell your story. Once I have selected the images that represent my work and your story, the edited images will be uploaded to your gallery. RAW and unedited images will not be delivered as they are not representative of my work.

What rights do I have to my images?

As a part of your package, you receive all printing rights to your images to make prints, albums, wall art etc. Commercial use of your images is not allowed unless previously agreed upon. You will receive high resolution versions of your images for download. As a photographer, I hold all copyrights to all of my images.m.

Do you charge a session fee?

Yes. A $175 session fee is due to book and ensure your session date.  The session fee is applied to the collection you choose.
